“I felt empowered after the retreat. I’ve carried a sense of peace and presence with me.”
“I really loved both yoga sessions. I still use the mini meditation… afternoon was perfect. The group sharing was also really nice. I loved it.”
“This retreat really helped me turn a corner in my healing journey. I would highly recommend it! I had a lot of fear about the movement but Mary guided me back to the spirit of yoga! Chelsea was a great facilitator… her ability to [help me] get to the point of what [I was] feeling really helped me heal.”
